Kathy to run 50th state
Yes, she'll have run a marathon in every state
Most people who run marathons set out to run one. Then sometimes they run another. Maybe they run 10 of them, or even 30 of them.
But Kathy Klass has gone way beyond that, and this weekend she's going to cross a new kind of finish line: She will have run a marathon in all 50 of the United States. Kathy has run something like 75 marathons, and Sunday will find her at the starting line of the Smuttynose Marathon in Hampton, New Hampshire.
Punk Rock Racing wishes her all the best, and we can't wait for her to cross the finish line.
Kathy has also run marathons in a couple other countries, so perhaps that will be her next goal? We're sure she could do it.
